The New Year often brings to mind changes we would like to make in our lives. In January we are eager and excited about our resolutions. We work hard to lose those pounds, clean out the garage or earn more money. By February burnout often sets in and the resolutions take a back burner. The year goes on and in December a fleeting thought passes of the year's unfulfilled resolution.
Goal setting can be a difficult habit to start for adults. As we grow up, we forget how to have unwavering focus on our goals.

Everyone wants a great job to support their family. Often a job can keep us away from our family. When all your time is spent at work or on the commute home, it can be hard to enjoy the evening time at home. Usually there is supper to cook, homework to supervise, bathtime for kids and bedtime. Parents find themselves enforcing the evening routine rather than spending quality time with the kids. Babysitters, teachers and daycare workers get to enjoy watching your kids grow while you work. |
